- Assist in setting up and maintaining cleanliness and optimal supply levels of the dining area during service hours.
- Facilitate communication between the dining area and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, and stewarding departments.
- Support the service team in ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Aid the service manager in studying profit and loss statements, project development, menu planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages.
- Assist in the preparation of hot drinks, juices, and various beverages, as well as the arrangement of pastries and toasts.
- Help with clearing and cleaning during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Develop a commercial attitude towards guests, including welcoming, seating, and service.
- Contribute to the stocking of room bars and guest welcome arrangements.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- Training in Hospitality or Restaurant Management
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments
- Strong understanding of gastronomy
- Excellent interpersonal and representative skills
- Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros is advantageous
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
No prior experience required.
Training in Hospitality or Restaurant Management
