1. Previous experience in luxury hospitality, front office, or airport services.
2. Exposure to personalized guest handling in high-end environments.
3. Experience in lounge, concierge, or guest relations roles.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Ability to manage check-in processes with accuracy and discretion.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, front office, or airport services.
