Cheval Blanc Administrative Coordinator

- Manage and organize administrative operations for the Kitchen, Dining & Reception, and Events departments.
- Ensure smooth processes, effective internal communications, and adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris standards.
- Coordinate weekly extra requests and follow up with human resources.
- Share information related to staff life within the hotel.
- Support and track technical sheets for new dishes.
- Update and change menus in the common system.
- Place weekly orders for kitchen supplies.
- Support and monitor hygiene standards.
- Manage mandatory training registrations for staff.
- Analyze and report on sales of items weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Handle reservations in the absence of a hostess.
- Place weekly orders for dining and hostess supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks for dining managers.
- Prepare and format the weekly operations meeting.
- Analyze and prepare monthly event sales reports.
- Contact clients and draft proposals for small events.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoices, deposits, and other financial elements.
- Prepare weekly event meetings.
- Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Good understanding of gastronomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, organization, and precision
