Cheval Blanc Administrative Coordinator

- Manage and organize administrative operations for the Kitchen, Dining & Reception, and Events departments.
- Ensure smooth process flows and effective internal communication in alignment with Cheval Blanc Paris standards.
- Coordinate weekly extra requests and liaise with human resources.
- Disseminate information related to ambassador activities within the hotel.
- Support and track technical sheets for new dish introductions.
- Update and modify menus in the shared system.
- Place weekly kitchen supply orders and ensure hygiene standards are upheld.
- Manage mandatory training registrations for staff.
- Analyze and report on sales data weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Handle reservations in the absence of a hostess and place weekly supply orders for dining and hostess areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks for dining room managers and prepare weekly operational meetings.
- Prepare and analyze monthly event sales reports, liaise with clients, and draft proposals for small events.
- Coordinate with the finance department for invoices, deposits, and other financial matters.
- Prepare weekly event meetings.
- Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
- Strong gastronomic culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills

Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in reservations within a similar high-end establishment.
Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS)
