Cheval Blanc Administrative Assistant

- Assist in the creation, updating, and distribution of technical sheets.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of hygiene action plans.
- Manage orders and maintain supplier relationships.
- Assist in the development of schedules and oversee time management reporting activities.
- Provide administrative support to the kitchen teams, including annual reviews, training, and information dissemination.
- Assist the Executive Chef with calendar management.
- Organize and document service meetings.
- Ensure effective communication of client and service-related information to all teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in administrative and office software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
