1. Participate in the creation, updating, and distribution of technical sheets.
2. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the hygiene action plan.
3. Manage orders and maintain supplier relationships.
4. Assist in the development of schedules and control and reporting activities related to time management.
5. Support the administrative follow-up of kitchen teams, including annual reviews, training, and posting schedules and information notes.
6. Assist the Executive Chef in managing their schedule.
7. Organize and ensure the dissemination of service meeting notes.
8. Ensure the proper transmission of all information and instructions related to clients and services to all teams.
