1. Previous retail experience, particularly in luxury or Watches and Fine Jewellery sectors.
2. Commitment to learning and development within the Watches and Fine Jewellery categories and across the broader Chanel business.
3. GIA Certification or similar qualification is advantageous.

2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
4. Good presentation with excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.

Prior experience in retail, especially within the luxury or Watches and Fine Jewellery industry, is required.
