1. Negotiate brand visibility and preferential placements with key department store partners.
2. Plan and execute the annual and seasonal promotional calendar in alignment with product launches and global marketing campaigns.
3. Develop and implement sales growth strategies to maximize product turnover and brand presence.
4. Organize and coordinate brand events, in-store activations, and consumer experiences.
5. Conduct market, trend, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic adjustments.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
2. 4–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing within luxury, beauty, or retail sectors.
3. Proven track record in managing department store accounts or multi-brand portfolios.

4–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably with luxury, beauty, or retail brands.
