Chanel Talent Project Manager

- Lead end-to-end delivery of global talent initiatives (talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development and mobility programmes) from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across regions, HR Centres of Excellence and business leaders to align priorities and secure required inputs and decisions.
- Design and execute communications and change-management activities to drive stakeholder adoption and program engagement.
- Define KPIs and produce regular, executive-level reporting and data-driven insights to measure programme impact.
- Manage third-party vendors and external partners (consultants, learning providers) and oversee contractual and financial compliance.
- Ensure integrity of talent data within HRIS, support system configuration or rollouts where required, and liaise with HRIS teams to enable scalable processes.
- Provide ad-hoc subject-matter expertise to HR and business partners on talent process design, governance and best practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Project management qualification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent) preferred.
- Professional HR credential (CIPD or equivalent) desirable.
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience translating data into actionable recommendations.

Typically 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of talent and people projects; at least 2 years leading cross-functional, global programmes or HR transformations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or related field; postgraduate study or professional HR/project management qualifications are a plus.
