2. Support testing, roadmapping, and stakeholder communication activities for Talent & Learning solutions.
3. Assist in outsourcing application management activities to third-party providers.
4. Document current and future-state processes to ensure consistent user experience and high data quality.
5. Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining and indexing knowledge bases.
6. Develop and maintain training content and user guides.
7. Support the implementation of change management strategies to facilitate tool and process adoption.
8. Gather and analyze feedback from end users to inform continuous improvement.

1. Project management skills with experience in timely project delivery.
2. Experience in change management and process optimization, preferably in digital environments.
3. Strong data analysis and critical thinking abilities.
4. Familiarity with and ability to quickly learn new technologies, especially HR technologies.
5. Excellent communication skills and adaptability to different stakeholder needs.
6. Proactive mindset with the ability to learn independently and take initiative.

Experience in handling projects and change management within digital environments is preferred.
