1. Oversee the Ready-to-Wear tailoring operations within the boutique, ensuring the highest standards of the Perfect Fit are maintained.
2. Collaborate with Boutique Managers and Fashion Advisors to deliver seamless fitting experiences for clients.
3. Lead and mentor the tailoring team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
4. Conduct fittings with Very Important Clients (VICs) and adapt to various contexts including at-home and remote sessions.
5. Manage atelier operations, including workload management, KPI monitoring, and inventory control.
6. Ensure adherence to Chanel's tailoring techniques and procedures as taught by the École de la Retouche.
7. Engage with the CHANEL&moi teams to propose enhancements to the tailoring experience.
8. Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions on Chanel collections and tailoring techniques.

1. Degree in sewing or alterations.
2. Proven experience in tailoring and team management, preferably within the luxury sector.
