Chanel seeks a Boutique Facilitator in Boston to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless operations within the boutique environment.
- Facilitate communication between sales associates and management.
- Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Assist in organizing in-store events and promotions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or luxury boutique setting is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or business is preferred.
