1. Support the implementation and development of the local sustainability strategy for Germany and Central Eastern Europe.
2. Assist with ESG reporting and internal analyses.
3. Participate in company-wide sustainability projects and audits.
4. Contribute to the Indirect Procurement sector, including supplier analyses and sustainability criteria evaluations.
5. Provide operational support to the Finance team.
6. Prepare presentations and decision-making documents for management.

1. Active enrollment in a degree program in Business, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
2. Initial experience in the field of Sustainability.
3. Proficiency in MS Office.
4. Excellent command of German and English.

3. Numerical aptitude.
4. Enthusiasm for contributing to team success.

Initial experience in Sustainability is required.
