1. Support accurate and timely order creation in SAP, ensuring data integrity and thorough documentation.
2. Track shipments and proactively follow up on delivery status, collaborating with Customer Service teams in Paris.
3. Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, including quantities, delays, and documentation issues.
4. Assist with clearance and invoicing processes for the UAE Local Market, coordinating with distributors and supporting the Supply Chain Executive.
5. Participate in weekly Sales & Supply meetings, preparing and sharing shipment ETA updates.
6. Update and maintain trackers, including campaign shortages analysis, regular order fill-rate analysis, and campaign trackers with updated ETAs.
7. Contribute to the monthly supply newsletter by consolidating data.
8. Support the follow-up of new campaign orders, raising potential risks or delays.
9. Coordinate quota reviews and order validations with cross-functional teams.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
2. Previous experience or coursework in supply chain management, order processing, or logistics is an advantage.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a plus.
4. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Previous experience or coursework in supply chain management, order processing, or logistics is an advantage.
