1. Manage the accurate receipt and documentation of deliveries, maintaining precise inventory records.
2. Coordinate the return and transfer of stock, liaising with colleagues and recipients as necessary.
3. Develop and maintain expert product knowledge and share insights with the team.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
5. Contribute to a positive team morale and ensure efficient time management and boutique coverage.
6. Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
7. Complete necessary administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to procedures and policies.
8. Assist with regular stock level checks and manage alterations and holds as needed.
9. Participate in the preparation and execution of events, promotions, and stock-taking activities.
10. Ensure all goods are security tagged, ticketed, handled, and stored with care.
11. Assist in maintaining displays and replacing sold products promptly.
12. Engage in training to enhance customer service and product knowledge.

1. Experience in managing stock movement in a high-volume environment.
2. Proven ability to support team members in achieving their best performance.
3. Experience working proactively and reactively in a dynamic team setting.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
3. Working knowledge of RFID technology.

Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume stock management environment is required.
