1. Accurately receive and document deliveries, ensuring alignment with corresponding documentation and maintaining the computerized inventory system.
2. Coordinate the return and transfer of stock, liaising with relevant colleagues and recipients.
3. Develop and maintain expert standards of product knowledge to be shared appropriately.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office as required.
5. Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to positive morale and ensuring efficient time management and boutique coverage.
6. Uphold confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
7. Complete necessary administration tasks timely and accurately, adhering to set procedures and policies.
8. Assist with regular stock level checks and review alterations and holds as needed.
9. Participate in the preparation and execution of regular and special events, promotions, and stock-taking activities.
10. Ensure all goods are security tagged, ticketed, handled, and stored with due care.
11. Assist with the maintenance of displays and prompt replacement of sold products.
12. Engage in training to acquire and apply high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

1. Experience managing stock movement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
2. Experience in supporting team members' development.
3. Proactive and reactive working experience in a dynamic team environment.

1. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
2. Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
3. Working knowledge of RFID technology.

Prior experience in stock management within a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment is required.
