Chanel Stock Assistant

1. Coordinate all stock requests and transfers between boutiques, the distribution center, and the Head Office Buying Office.
2. Assist floor staff with stock issues, including running stock to the floor and replenishing stock.
3. Unpack stock deliveries and transfers from other boutiques and the Distribution Centre.
4. Conduct physical stock checks and sign off on stock deliveries and transfers against manifests.
5. Report any stock discrepancies to the Head of Boutique.
6. Coordinate stock rotation processes with the boutique team.
7. Participate in stock takes and cycle count processes with management and the boutique team.
8. Collaborate with boutique administration and client care teams regarding the status of customer repair items.

1. Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry.

1. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with high accuracy and efficiency.
2. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Experience with point of sale and RFID systems, with the ability to run reports and manage stock.
4. Good oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
5. Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Chanel guidelines.

Experience in a similar role within the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry is preferred.
