Chanel Senior Treasury Operations Analyst

1. Coordinate daily Group excess liquidity investments following global cash reconciliation and positioning, including decision-making, execution, and tracking in the Treasury Management System (TMS).
2. Ensure compliance with the Group Cash Investment Policy, including monitoring investment limits.
3. Contribute to the diversification of investment portfolios by introducing innovative solutions aligned with financial performance and ESG principles.
4. Coordinate the issuance of Parental and Bank guarantees and track these in the TMS.
5. Lead investment account processes, including KYC handling and signatory updates.
6. Produce comprehensive reports on Treasury activities such as Cash Position, Investments, and Counterparty Risk.
7. Provide documentation and data for Corporate Accounting, External, and Internal audits.
8. Oversee the monthly intercompany netting cycle.
9. Ensure data integrity within the TMS and its role as the global source of truth for Treasury activities.
10. Drive process efficiency and enhancement through automation and Business Intelligence tools.
11. Ensure compliance with Global Treasury Policies, including the Investment Policy.

1. Proven experience in finance roles with an international scope.
2. Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.
3. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

1. Technical expertise in cash management services and solutions.
2. Experience with ION tools is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Power Query and Power BI.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 5 years in treasury operations within an international corporation.
