Chanel Stones Supply Planning Assistant (Intern)

1. Support the stones supply planning process for the Joaillerie and Horlogerie divisions, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts and supply commitments.
2. Monitor inventories of precious stones and related components, track consumption and trigger replenishment actions to secure continuity of production.
3. Assist in preparing demand forecasts, material requirements plans and rolling supply reports for cross‑functional stakeholders.
4. Coordinate with procurement, quality control, ateliers and external suppliers to follow up on orders, deliveries and lead times.
5. Maintain and update planning data in internal systems and produce regular KPI dashboards and exception reports for the planning team.
6. Contribute to short‑term capacity planning and S&OP processes, escalating risks and proposing mitigation measures.
7. Support ad‑hoc analysis projects to improve accuracy of forecasts and efficiency of stock management.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline and eligible for a professional internship.
2. Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to data.
3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
4. Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive material and commercial information.
5. Interest in luxury jewellery and watchmaking, with an appreciation for artisanal production constraints.
