Chanel Senior Treasury Operations Analyst

- Oversee a multi-currency global hybrid cash pooling structure, ensuring participation from all group companies and optimizing cash flow.
- Conduct daily cash reconciliation and positioning for global accounts.
- Identify foreign exchange exposures and initiate hedging requests.
- Manage treasury payments, including investments, acquisitions, and trade-related transactions.
- Oversee the monthly group intercompany netting cycle and manage intercompany current accounts.
- Lead processes for global bank account management, including KYC handling and signatory updates.
- Foster a cohesive Treasury Operations community across regions, ensuring harmonized cash management processes.
- Act as a primary treasury contact for both external and internal stakeholders, providing necessary documentation and data.
- Oversee group excess liquidity investments as needed.
- Ensure data integrity within the Treasury Management System (TMS) and drive process efficiency through automation.
- Oversee compliance with Global Treasury Policies, including Payment and Bank Account Management Policies.
- Coordinate onboarding of new users and entities into global tools ecosystem.
- Proven experience in a finance role with an international scope.
- Minimum of 5 years of treasury operations experience in an international corporation.
- Proficiency in cash and liquidity management.
- Technical expertise in cash management services and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 5 years in treasury operations within an international corporation is required.
