1. Drive individual and team sales objectives, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
2. Act as a Chanel ambassador, maintaining brand integrity both inside and outside the boutique.
3. Support key actions to elevate boutique and individual KPIs.
4. Collaborate with other Chanel divisions to seize additional business opportunities.
5. Facilitate the integration of new team members, providing expertise in product knowledge and client handling.
6. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
7. Utilize CRM tools to formalize activities and achieve CRM objectives.
8. Assist in daily operations, including floor presence and inventory management.
9. Ensure compliance with Chanel's policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
10. Manage after-sales client follow-up and liaise with workshops for specific needs.
11. Execute omnichannel client purchases and follow-ups.

1. Significant sales experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in Watches & Jewellery.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market and a passion for jewellery.
3. Client-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

1. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proven track record of successful sales experience in a luxury retail setting, particularly with watches and jewellery.
