- Deliver data-driven, insight-led analysis during monthly forecasts by extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data from GPM.
- Identify key performance drivers and areas of business focus by Market.
- Support the Head of FP&A with high-quality analysis for monthly forecasts, Board, and Executive Committee presentations.
- Review and validate Global Expenses, providing detailed analysis on the evolution of global expenses.
- Develop and improve the process of liaising with divisions and answering global expense queries.
- Aid in setting Budget Sales and Operating Profit (OP) targets in collaboration with Divisions.
- Perform scenario analysis on Medium-term plan (MTP) and lead presentations for the CEO Regional Forum.
- Assist in financial modeling of global performance to aid decision-making for medium and long-term performance.
- Lead collaboration and consolidation of Budget Sales and OP Targets and MTP.
- Prepare CEO Regional Forum presentations, incorporating MTP and Global Expense analysis.
- Lead the global expense consolidation presentation, reporting on expense trends by Division and Corporate.
- Prepare presentations on Global Charges for CHANEL Brand owners (CBOs) and Global CFO.
- Assist in driving forward the simplification agenda, including improvement of the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Participate and animate the CFO calls for allocated region and Divisions, including minutes and follow-up actions.
- Contribute towards ad hoc financial analysis as needed by the department to senior leaders.
- Participate in the animation and storytelling of company performance through presentations to the Executive committee and the Board.
- Finance or Data Insights background, educated to Masters or equivalent level (CIMA or ACCA desired).
- Over 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, systems, processes, management reporting, and commercial finance.
- Ability to comprehend business issues and develop coherent and comprehensive business solutions.
- Capacity to work in an international, complex, and fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- High levels of motivation and a drive to actively set and influence decisions.
- Strong collaboration and effective communication skills with peers and senior management.
- Strong presentation skills across various regions and divisions.
- Analytical thinking and modeling skills.
Over 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field, with a strong focus on data insights and financial modeling.
Master's degree in Finance or Data Insights, or equivalent level. CIMA or ACCA desired.
