4. Coordinate negotiations with online platforms, collaborating closely with regional enforcement teams.
5. Oversee global enforcement programs, ensuring regional and market consistency.
6. Develop and maintain operational guidelines and enforcement playbooks.
7. Drive the adoption of innovative enforcement tools and monitor global digital threats and trends.
8. Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external partnerships with IP associations and service providers.
9. Represent Chanel in industry forums and policy discussions related to brand protection.
10. Oversee service provider performance, contracts, and budgets, ensuring data-driven insights.
11. Lead the development of training tools and awareness initiatives for stakeholders.

1. Qualified lawyer or equivalent professional training with extensive post-qualification experience in IP law and brand protection.
2. Experience in developing and implementing enforcement strategies within a multinational context.
3. Deep understanding of digital platforms, online ecosystems, and counterfeiting trends.
4. Proven ability to manage complex projects and engage senior stakeholders.
