- Lead and review financial analyses, modeling, and insights to drive performance and influence decisions across regional, divisional, and local levels.
- Establish processes with business partners and budget owners to manage monthly performance, analyze budget variances, update expense forecasts, and enhance operating expense efficiency.
- Support ANZ consolidation and coordination activities for all planning cycles, including Forecasts, Budget, and MTP, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery to management.
- Utilize advanced analytics to derive business scenarios and predictive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Advise business teams and budget owners on financial, performance management, planning, and budgeting matters.
- Monitor external macro factors and competitors' movements, recommending strategic actions where applicable.
- Provide feedback on planning systems and tools to integrate historical and predictive financial information, minimizing manual data manipulation.
- CA or CPA Qualification, combined with a university degree in Business with a major in accounting or similar.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex spreadsheet creation with advanced formulas.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agility and commercial curiosity with a strong sense of business acumen.
- Interest in learning systems and becoming a 'power user'.
- Comfortable with aggregating and manipulating large data sets from multiple systems to derive insightful analysis and create financial models.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, including stakeholder management, data interpretation and manipulation, and process improvement.
University degree in Business with a major in accounting or similar.
$130,000 - $140,000
