Chanel Scientific Communications Assistant (Alternance) — Beauty & Fragrance

- Support development and production of scientific content for Parfums Beauté: literature reviews, data summaries, scientific dossiers and presentation materials.
- Translate complex R&D, safety and clinical findings into clear, brand‑appropriate communications for internal stakeholders (marketing, regulatory, medical affairs) and external experts.
- Maintain and organise scientific assets and reference libraries; monitor scientific literature and competitive intelligence relevant to fragrance and cosmetic ingredients.
- Assist in preparation and coordination of scientific events, advisory boards, and congress participation, including slide decks, abstracts and logistical support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance of consumer‑facing claims and educational materials.
- Support project tracking and stakeholder communications to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3/4/5 programme (pharmacy, chemistry, life sciences, biomedical sciences, scientific communication or equivalent) and eligible for alternance.
- Strong scientific literacy with ability to read, synthesise and summarise primary literature and technical reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a matrix environment.
- Interest in cosmetics, fragrance science or regulatory affairs; prior internship experience in a laboratory, R&D, medical or communications function is an advantage.

Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (pharmacy, chemistry, life sciences, biomedical sciences, or scientific communication) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
