1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients during visits, ensuring seamless communication with reception, client marketing, stock, cashier, and hospitality staff.
2. Support the sales team by preparing the boutique's salons and managing logistics during client appointments.
3. Recommend fashion silhouettes to sales managers during purchasing sessions, tailored to specific key accounts.
4. Oversee the management of transfers, deliveries, shipments, and returns.
5. Assist sales staff with reservation tracking and the management of loaned items.
6. Ensure compliance with company procedures and manage after-sales service and alterations, including creating CASS sheets and tracking repair stages.
7. Support sales associates in managing customer requests and special orders for key accounts.
