1. Optimize reverse logistics performance to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

4. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Transportation teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

1. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a distribution environment or a relevant college degree.
2. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan Associates.
3. Strong understanding of warehouse control systems and distribution processes.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to interpret corporate policies and apply them to daily activities.
3. Familiarity with LEAN concepts and continuous process improvement models.

A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a distribution environment is required.

College degree in a relevant field preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400 - $87,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
