1. Oversee retail operations across London, focusing on flagship locations such as Harrods, Selfridges, and standalone boutiques.
2. Identify and develop business opportunities to expand Chanel's market presence.
3. Collaborate with Business and Account Managers to implement brand priorities and maintain Chanel's image standards.
4. Drive retail sales and protect brand equity through strategic partnerships with Fragrance & Beauty departments.
5. Recruit, coach, and develop in-store teams to enhance performance and career growth.
6. Conduct regular performance reviews focusing on KPIs, sales targets, and service achievements.
7. Foster strong professional relationships with store managers, sales managers, buyers, and key decision-makers.
8. Create and execute sales strategies, analyzing data to meet sales targets by area and location.
9. Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

1. Proven track record in driving regional sales teams to achieve targets.
2. Experience in the fragrance and beauty marketplace.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet commercial and service-driven targets.
4. Full, clean driving license.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
2. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to make independent business decisions.

Proven experience in managing regional sales teams within the luxury fragrance and beauty industry.
