Chanel Production Engineering Intern

The division's industrial and supply teams, located in Oise, France, are tasked with the global production and distribution of Chanel's skincare, perfumes, and makeup, ensuring rapid industrialization of new products.
- Support the operational transfer of a production line, coordinating with technical, maintenance, production, and quality teams.
- Update documentation related to the production line, including plans, operational ranges, and standards.
- Assist in the restart and scaling up of the production line.
- Reorganize supply flows and workstations according to Lean Management and 5S principles.
- Develop a comprehensive training module for a specific product on the transferred line and train the production team.
- Lead the complete transfer of another packaging line, developing and implementing an industrial transfer plan.
- Implement change controls and manage necessary technical modifications, including equipment adaptation and workflow reorganization.
- Final-year student in a general engineering school, preferably with a specialization in continuous improvement or industrial engineering.
- Successful experience in the industrial sector.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in reporting.
- Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a strong interest in fieldwork.
Previous successful experience in the industrial sector is required.
Final-year student in a general engineering school, preferably with a specialization in continuous improvement or industrial engineering.
