1. Lead a continuous improvement project focusing on production line optimization and waste reduction.
2. Participate in daily team meetings and facilitate cross-functional workshops with HSE, quality, and production teams.
3. Identify improvement levers and propose concrete actions to reduce losses and optimize processes.
4. Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, for quality control operators on production lines.
5. Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to consolidate knowledge and formalize best practices.

1. Final-year student in a general engineering school, preferably with a specialization in continuous improvement or industrial engineering.
2. Successful experience in the industrial sector is advantageous.

1. Excellent writing skills, particularly for reporting purposes.
2. Curiosity, teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in the industrial sector.

Experience in the industrial sector is considered an asset.

Final-year student in a general engineering school.
