Chanel Process Engineer - Fragrance Manufacturing

- Oversee the initiation of fragrance production in tank farms, identifying and reporting any issues or improvements to suppliers.
- Participate in executing the cleaning validation protocol for tanks or skids as established by quality assurance.
- Assist in executing the equipment qualification protocol as established by quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the internal Development Workshop to create training modules for liquid manufacturing and glazing.
- Develop manufacturing recipes within tank farm supervision systems.
- Establish the specifications for the electronic batch record with service providers and oversee its deployment.
- Conduct performance assessments of manufacturing times by recipe type.
- Degree from an engineering school or university with a specialization in chemical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven initial experience in a production unit.
- Strong leadership and communication skills across various levels of interaction.
- Agility and responsiveness to handle daily operational challenges.
- Field-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to take initiative and propose solutions while coaching teams in optimization strategies.
