Chanel People Solutions Manager

- Lead change management efforts for Workday optimization initiatives, focusing on Absence Management and its impact on Payroll across the UK, Global Corporate, Canada, and Ireland.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday queries, driving efficiency and compliance within the People Operations team.
- Identify process improvements, ensure data integrity, and enable accurate reporting to support HR operations.
- Manage and maintain relationships with Workday and related systems, recommending enhancements or new features as business needs evolve.
- Oversee configuration, maintenance, adoption, and optimization of Workday modules across the UK, Canada, and Ireland.
- Coordinate and monitor system performance, updates, releases, and testing in partnership with HRIS and IT teams.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and internal controls.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Strategically drive user engagement and foster adoption of Workday, Medigold, and RG solutions across departments.
- Lead analysis and reporting of usage, adoption, and KPIs for Workday and related platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years in the Workday configuration ecosystem, ideally with a background in time off, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in systems thinking and technical aptitude, particularly in Workday reporting and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft suite.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to lead change and optimize processes.
At least 3 years of experience in Workday configuration, with a focus on time off, reporting, and integrations.
