1. Support the General Manager of Organisation Development & Human Resources in facilitating, consolidating, and following up on roadmaps and project executions.
2. Coordinate employee engagement activities, including logistics, setup, catering, and communications.
3. Serve as the point of contact for the HR Business Services team regarding the employee and retail partner lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
4. Manage Workday data in collaboration with the HRBS team.
5. Prepare and coordinate 100-day onboarding programs for new office joiners with the People Experience Team and People Managers.
6. Provide general support to teams within People & Organisation, including Business Partnering, People Experience, People Operations & Performance, and Talent Acquisition.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.

1. Highly organized and process-driven with experience in fast-paced environments.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
3. Proficient in Excel and problem-solving.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities.

Hands-on experience in a dynamic organization with a focus on human resource management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
