1. Design, develop, and facilitate in-store training modules focusing on product knowledge, service behaviors, and selling skills.
2. Collaborate with the Boutique Leadership Team to identify training needs and implement learning-based solutions.
3. Deliver training through various methods, including classroom instruction and digital platforms.
4. Provide leadership and direction on training methodologies to ensure learning effectiveness.
5. Evaluate training outcomes and refine strategies to enhance team performance.
6. Organize and lead product and service training sessions in collaboration with Fashion Education.
7. Support the Boutique Leadership Team in monitoring training quality and impact through KPI analysis and feedback.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury or high service-oriented environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in presenting to groups.
2. Ability to manage, motivate, and coach team members effectively.
3. Creative and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
4. Passion for client experience and the House of Chanel.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of 5 years in a luxury or high service-oriented environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $85,000 to $105,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
