1. Manage stock movement and coordinate deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy.
2. Maintain proactive communication with Counter and Studio staff regarding new arrivals, order discrepancies, and delivery schedules.
3. Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, including accurate stock tracking and documentation.
4. Optimize inventory storage and stock control practices to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Coordinate and process returns of faulty or damaged stock and manage product recalls as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and organized counter environment, including back-of-house areas.
7. Collaborate with the Marketing/Events team to ensure adequate stock levels for client events and programs.
8. Forecast and plan stock orders for upcoming campaigns to support marketing initiatives.

1. Experience in retail operations, logistics, or inventory management.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Proven experience in retail operations, logistics, or inventory management is required.
