Chanel Media Coordination Assistant (Alternance)

- Support the international media coordination for skincare campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to media timelines across markets.
- Liaise with internal Brand Content, PR and Regional teams as well as external media agencies to coordinate briefs, trafficking, localization and approvals.
- Maintain and update campaign trackers, production calendars, media schedules and budget follow-ups to ensure accurate execution.
- Prepare presentation materials and post-campaign performance summaries using quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- Assist in the quality control of creative assets (formats, specs, translations) and ensure compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign activations, collect performance data and contribute to campaign optimisation recommendations.
- Provide general administrative support to the international media team, including meeting coordination and vendor invoicing support.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation capability.
- Interest in luxury beauty, brand storytelling and international marketing operations.
- Rigorous attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative attitude when working with internal and external stakeholders.

- Basic knowledge of digital media platforms (e.g., DV360, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Google Analytics (basic reporting)
- Familiarity with asset management and trafficking processes
- Strong verbal and written communication
Previous internship experience in media, communications, advertising or marketing is highly desirable but not mandatory; demonstrable project work or agency exposure will be viewed favourably.
Enrolment in a recognised higher-education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship track).
