1. Provide user support by addressing assistance requests, resolving technical issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
2. Participate in preventive maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
3. Collaborate in incident management, track support tickets, and document solutions.
4. Engage in IT projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of products.
5. Assist in creating support documents and training users on best IT practices.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering program in computer science or a related field (Bac +4/5).
2. Demonstrated passion for information technology and operational engagement.
3. Proficient communication skills and a strong team spirit.
4. Ability to learn quickly and solve problems efficiently.
5. Solid understanding of computer networks and technical support.
6. Proficiency in English.
