1. Lead projects and workstreams aligned with the Legal Transformation Roadmap.
2. Develop and refine project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and success metrics.
3. Design use cases and conduct user acceptance testing in collaboration with internal teams.
4. Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams for global tool implementation.
5. Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective communication.
6. Design tracking mechanisms and report on project roll-out at global and regional levels.
7. Measure project outcomes and ensure tools meet local jurisdictional needs.
8. Lead change management initiatives, including creating launch materials and training sessions.
9. Support process improvements and technology adoption within the Global Legal Department.
10. Collaborate on team-wide projects and events, such as the Legal Innovation Day.
11. Contribute to building and sharing legal project management best practices.

1. 5-8+ years of project management and change management experience.
2. Experience in legal work processes or environments is advantageous.
3. Industry-recognized project management qualification (e.g., APMP, Prince 2).
4. Strong communication skills with excellent writing ability.
5. Legal background preferred but not mandatory.
