1. Design and implement solutions to streamline processes and enhance service delivery for the UK Legal Team.
2. Drive the implementation of innovative solutions, collaborating with the Global Legal Operations team.
3. Collaborate with other functions to create scalable tools and processes for the UK business.
4. Act as a trusted point of contact for the UK Legal Team, providing guidance and training.
5. Stay updated on technological advancements, particularly within the Microsoft suite, to ensure best practices.
6. Manage projects and educate colleagues on legal and business processes.
7. Lead data privacy workflows and operational processes, utilizing One Trust software.
8. Manage operational compliance and company secretarial processes, including cosmetic product portal notifications and Companies House filings.
9. Develop automated contract templates and manage supplier onboarding.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Engineering or Computer Science.
2. Interest in business operations and technology.
3. Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.
4. Familiarity with privacy and compliance operational processes is preferred but not essential.

1. Proactive problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft 365.
3. Ability to translate team needs into practical solutions.
4. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
5. Initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with privacy and compliance processes is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, especially in Engineering or Computer Science.
