1. Conduct investigations into counterfeit and parallel online offers.
2. Monitor platforms and social media for brand protection.
3. Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts within the EMEA region and globally combat parallel markets.
4. Analyze and optimize data, and oversee reporting on anti-counterfeiting and parallel market actions.
5. Provide support to team activities and conduct legal research.

1. Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5) with a focus on Intellectual Property.
2. Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, preferably in Intellectual Property.
3. Knowledge of distribution law is an asset.

1. Strong analytical and evaluative skills, particularly with Excel and Office Suite.
2. Technophile with a passion for technical issues.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple communication channels and incoming requests.
4. Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken.

A first successful experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, ideally in Intellectual Property.

Advanced degree in Law (Bac+5).
