1. Serve as a reliable and trusted partner to CHANEL TECH and the broader business globally.
2. Act as an agile negotiator and solution provider, communicating effectively with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
3. Draft and manage complex IT agreements, including cloud, project implementation, and professional services.
4. Ensure compliance by collaborating with data privacy, Responsible AI group, and security experts, balancing legal risks and business objectives.
5. Advise on a wide range of legal issues related to traditional IT and new technologies like AI and IP at a global level.
6. Provide guidance on technological projects throughout their lifecycle, particularly those involving AI technologies.
7. Develop and conduct training on various legal and technological topics.

1. Qualified in England & Wales, or other European or Commonwealth jurisdictions with international experience.
2. 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in IT/IP law, with strong knowledge of AI Regulations, Data Protection, and Contract Law.

1. Tech-savvy with a keen interest in digital transformation and new technologies.
2. Strong risk assessment and stakeholder management abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
4. Excellent judgment in prioritizing and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in English communication and negotiation, with French as a plus.

3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in IT/IP law, including experience in negotiating and drafting complex technology agreements and advising on AI technology projects.

Qualification in England & Wales or equivalent.
