1. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of welcome kits and scheduling of training sessions.
2. Organize in-store training sessions for various roles.
3. Recommend personalized e-Learning paths and update training records.
4. Monitor Learning KPIs in collaboration with Sales and Operations Managers and Client Marketing.
5. Support the sales team on the shop floor as needed.
6. Collaborate with HR and Learning Managers to develop and monitor training plans.
7. Track training participation and analyze related KPIs.
8. Develop and facilitate specific training workshops and support pre/post-training activities.
9. Manage administrative tasks related to training registrations and updates.
10. Organize Learning workshops and send invitations for coaching sessions.
11. Prepare briefs and materials for training facilitators and reference trainers.
12. Maintain Learning tools and equipment in-store.

1. Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation roles.
2. Interest in fashion and retail.
3. Experience in sales is advantageous.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interfacing with retail teams.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in training, digital, or innovation roles is required. Experience in sales is a plus.
