Chanel People Experience Partner - Learning & Development

- Develop and implement a learning and development framework for specific employee segments in partnership with HR Business Partners and Regional People Development leaders.
- Support cultural evolution by designing and deploying people development solutions.
- Collaborate with country and regional teams to identify and prioritize development needs for each employee segment.
- Translate HR and business strategies into people development solutions, identifying learning needs and working with People Solutions to execute programs.
- Work with HR stakeholders and country leadership on individual development plans aligned with talent management.
- Pilot and deploy the Learning Management Platform (LMS), define learning metrics, and track analytics to optimize learner experience.
- Participate in the design of people development solutions using appropriate learning methodologies.
- Identify and qualify external partners for development projects, maintaining a strong network of associates.
- Engage in regional and global people development projects, such as guided learning initiatives.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business; Master's or advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
- In-depth knowledge of people development processes, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Proven project management skills in a matrix environment.
- Ability to engage with senior management and challenge conventional thinking.
- Experience in global management or HR consulting preferred.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar role, ideally within a leading organization known for developing strong leaders, with a track record of successful initiatives in Korea.
Bachelor's degree in Business; Master's degree preferred.
