1. Develop and implement a learning and development framework for specific employee segments in partnership with HR Business Partners and Regional People Development leaders.
2. Support cultural evolution by designing and deploying people development solutions.
3. Collaborate with country and regional teams to identify and prioritize development needs for each employee segment.
4. Translate HR and business strategies into people development solutions, identifying learning needs and working with People Solutions to execute programs.
5. Work with HR stakeholders and country leadership on individual development plans aligned with talent management.
6. Pilot and deploy the Learning Management Platform (LMS), define learning metrics, and track analytics to optimize learner experience.
7. Participate in the design of people development solutions using appropriate learning methodologies.
8. Identify and qualify external partners for development projects, maintaining a strong network of associates.
9. Engage in regional and global people development projects, such as guided learning initiatives.

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Business; Master's or advanced degree preferred.
2. Fluency in English and Korean.

1. In-depth knowledge of people development processes, talent management, and employee engagement.
2. Proven project management skills in a matrix environment.
3. Ability to engage with senior management and challenge conventional thinking.
4. Experience in global management or HR consulting preferred.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar role, ideally within a leading organization known for developing strong leaders, with a track record of successful initiatives in Korea.

Bachelor's degree in Business; Master's degree preferred.
