- Develop and deploy learning and development frameworks and initiatives for designated employee segments.
- Support the culture evolution process through the design and deployment of people development solutions.
- Work with country and regional teams to identify and prioritize people development needs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to translate HR and business strategies into people development solutions.
- Pilot and deploy the Learning Management Platform (LMS).
- Define learning metrics and track analytics to optimize learner experience and efficiency.
- Participate in the design of people development solutions with appropriate learning methodologies.
- Identify and qualify external partners for learning and development projects.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business.
- Fluent in English and Korean.

A minimum of 10 years in a role within a 'best in class' organization, with experience in designing and implementing people development processes. Proven track record in leading successful initiatives in Korea and engaging with senior management in competitive marketplaces.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Business. Masters/advanced degree is a plus.
