1. Oversee the sourcing and development of yarns and raw materials, ensuring alignment with studio briefs.
2. Manage the development process, including purchasing, delivery, and technical specifications.
3. Identify and mitigate material risks related to quality and compliance.
4. Coordinate product development, including workshops, fittings, and technical modifications.
5. Ensure adherence to production timelines for prototypes and samples.
6. Analyze and negotiate purchase prices with manufacturers.
7. Participate in collection hand-off meetings to facilitate industrialization and maintain product vision.
8. Supervise the ordering and pricing of trimmings in collaboration with dedicated teams.
9. Ensure product information accuracy in sales catalogs and showrooms.

1. 6-9 years of relevant experience in fashion product development or a similar role.
2. Proficiency in English, Italian, and French.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Photoshop.

A minimum of 6-9 years in fashion product development or a related field is required.
