1. Assist the Regional Process Owners in documenting processes for Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Source to Pay.
2. Create training materials and communication content related to process descriptions.
3. Audit existing process descriptions and procedures, identifying necessary updates.
4. Support internal communication efforts and change management activities within the project team.
5. Plan and execute internal project communication and events.

1. Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or university.
2. Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
3. Strong attention to detail and methodical approach.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
4. Familiarity with project management and financial systems is a plus.

Prior experience in project management or financial systems is advantageous.

Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
