1. Ensure inventory distribution and coverage of sellable items align with market and boutique strategies.
2. Reinforce an inventory management mindset and apply sales forecasting to optimize stock levels and assortment.
3. Conduct weekly parameter reviews and push orders to POS, ensuring timely and accurate inventory replenishment.
4. Collect and integrate POS feedback orders into the order system for further processing.
5. Manage manual orders for monthly campaigns, new openings/renovations, out-of-stock stock recovery, and special events/pop-ups as needed.
6. Assist in designing, monitoring, and enhancing a systematic framework for holistic and ongoing reviews of operational processes across all boutiques.
7. Conduct regular reviews of retail operations efficiency, ensuring sustainable and continuous improvement.
8. Enhance existing operating procedures to maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
9. Prepare and deliver weekly POS replenishment tracking reports for transparent inventory management.
10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and process enhancements.
11. Communicate actively and timely with each POS manager to stabilize the inventory management process and increase efficiency.

1. University graduate with 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail operations or inventory management.
2. Strong understanding of sales forecasting and its application to inventory planning.
3. Experience with POS system operations, order management, and replenishment tracking preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Analytical, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Responsible and detail-oriented.
