1. Support the planning and execution of internal communications initiatives of varying scale.
2. Act as a project coordinator, ensuring timelines, logistics, materials, and stakeholders are well managed.
3. Manage and update global internal communication channels, including intranet and newsletters.
4. Reinforce global standards and processes for effective channel use.
5. Identify key audiences and stakeholders and develop communication plans accordingly.
6. Draft and edit content in multiple formats, including announcements, newsletters, and presentations.
7. Support the development of storytelling approaches and visual assets.
8. Translate complex information into accessible content supporting business transformation.
9. Plan and execute engagement activities and coordinate logistics for events and campaigns.
10. Conduct measurement activities and track performance of communication initiatives.
11. Collaborate with the global communications community and contribute best practices.

1. Demonstrated experience in internal communications within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
2. Event planning experience and strong organisational skills.
3. Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Experience managing intranet platforms, with LumApps preferred.

3. Comfort working within a team in active evolution and navigating ambiguity.
4. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in internal communications within a fast-paced, matrixed environment is preferred.
