1. Lead strategic financial management and control for the Chamant industrial site, specializing in makeup production and packaging.
2. Act as a business partner to the site's Executive Committee, contributing to the definition and implementation of industrial strategy.
3. Support value-added management, operational efficiency, and foster a culture of financial excellence and performance.
4. Ensure quality and robustness of closing processes, forecasts, risk management, and internal control.
5. Proactively address areas for improvement such as cost reduction, stock optimization, and supplier quality control.
6. Contribute to the definition of a clear operational and financial strategy, essential for the profitability and growth of the Makeup division.
7. Transform financial data into strategic insights to facilitate decision-making and support sustainable growth.
8. Drive performance and excellence as a key member of the Management Committee.

1. Proven experience in industrial financial control or consulting within an industrial environment, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or consumer goods sectors.
2. Mastery of financial modeling, variance analysis, stock valuation, and ERP (SAP) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI).
3. Experience in standard cost calculation and stock accounting is essential.

4. Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.

7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including team management and leading transformation projects in a demanding industrial environment.

Master's degree in business, finance, or related field. Professional certification (CPA, CIMA) is advantageous.
