- Lead strategic financial management and control for the Chamant industrial site, specializing in makeup production and packaging.
- Act as a business partner to the site's Executive Committee, contributing to the definition and implementation of industrial strategy.
- Support value-added management, operational efficiency, and foster a culture of financial excellence and performance.
- Ensure quality and robustness of closing processes, forecasts, risk management, and internal control.
- Proactively address areas for improvement such as cost reduction, stock optimization, and supplier quality control.
- Contribute to the definition of a clear operational and financial strategy, essential for the profitability and growth of the Makeup division.
- Transform financial data into strategic insights to facilitate decision-making and support sustainable growth.
- Drive performance and excellence as a key member of the Management Committee.
- Proven experience in industrial financial control or consulting within an industrial environment, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, or consumer goods sectors.
- Mastery of financial modeling, variance analysis, stock valuation, and ERP (SAP) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI).
- Experience in standard cost calculation and stock accounting is essential.
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
- Ability to manage, develop, and unite a team in complex or matrix environments.
- Strategic thinking with a strong operational focus.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems.
7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including team management and leading transformation projects in a demanding industrial environment.
Master's degree in business, finance, or related field. Professional certification (CPA, CIMA) is advantageous.
