- Provide a warm, discreet and highly professional welcome to clients and VIPs arriving at the New Bond Street boutique.
- Manage appointment bookings, guest arrivals, cloakroom and reception duties; coordinate seating and in‑store hospitality (beverages, light refreshments).
- Maintain and update guest logs and client profiles, ensuring accurate records and smooth handovers to Sales Advisors and store management.
- Coordinate with in‑store teams (sales, security, visual merchandising, events) to deliver seamless client experiences and support private appointments or trunk shows.
- Anticipate client needs, manage waiting lists, and expedite service during peak periods while preserving the brand’s standards of discretion and confidentiality.
- Support boutique events and VIP activations, including set‑up, guest liaison and post‑event follow‑up.
- Proven customer‑facing experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality or boutique environments.
- Impeccable presentation, polished interpersonal skills and a service mindset aligned with high‑end clientele.
- Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by luxury retail trading patterns.

- Event coordination and front‑of‑house operations
- Cash handling and basic POS familiarity
- Discretion and confidentiality with VIP clientele
1–3 years of front‑of‑house experience within luxury retail, five‑star hospitality or a high‑end events environment; prior exposure to VIP client service is strongly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications in hospitality, customer service or retail are advantageous.
