Chanel High-End Business Manager

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the high-end Watches & Fine Jewelry segment.
- Identify and leverage new business opportunities, partnerships, and events to enhance brand presence among Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine commercial strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with VIC and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients, ensuring personalized and exclusive experiences.
- Lead client appointments, bespoke presentations, and private events as the brand's ambassador for high-end collections.
- Oversee clienteling processes, ensuring meticulous follow-up and after-sales care.
- Collaborate with the Fashion division and advisors to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Work with marketing teams on events planning and boutique animations to optimize promotional investments.
- Support retail teams in driving client engagement and maximizing conversion opportunities.
- Oversee product assortment, stock levels, and special orders in alignment with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to ensure timely availability and presentation of high-end pieces.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, client activity, and business KPIs, providing insights to senior management.
- Prepare business reviews and contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail, focusing on high-end watches and/or jewelry.
- Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets in the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of the luxury customer mindset and VIC client expectations.
- Expertise in Jewelry and Watches.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with entrepreneurial spirit and dynamic leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years in luxury retail, specifically in high-end watches and/or jewelry, with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, or related field.
