1. Lead and develop boutique teams to achieve business objectives.
2. Cultivate client engagement and champion customer relationships.
3. Collaborate with the Head of Retail to define and implement boutique strategies.
4. Monitor financial targets and analyze performance metrics.
5. Foster a culture of collective performance and cross-functional collaboration.
6. Ensure exceptional client experiences and retail excellence.
7. Manage merchandise assortment in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
8. Promote sustainability initiatives within the boutique.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a boutique for an international luxury brand.
2. Strong business acumen and understanding of luxury retail performance levers.
3. Proven strategic leadership skills in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Analytical approach with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

At least 5 years of experience in managing a boutique within an international luxury brand or similar business.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, or a related discipline is advantageous.
