Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant (Part-time)

- Deliver personalised, consultative client service and product advice for Chanel fragrances and beauty lines at the Boots Cabot Circus concession.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the concession’s commercial objectives through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Develop and maintain a client database, including follow-up communications, sample distribution and appointment management.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising and stock presentation in line with Chanel standards; ensure shelves, testers and displays are immaculate and fully stocked.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, gift-wrap purchases and manage returns in accordance with brand and retailer procedures.
- Participate in brand training, product launches and promotional activities; communicate product knowledge and commercial insights to colleagues.
- Adhere to all brand compliance, loss-prevention and health & safety policies while representing Chanel professionally on the Boots retail floor.
- Proven excellence in customer-facing retail roles, ideally within prestige beauty, fragrance or luxury cosmetics.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional personal presentation and alignment with Chanel’s standards for grooming and professional conduct.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours; willingness to work part-time shift patterns typical of concession retail.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling competency; reliable punctuality and organisational discipline.

Previous retail sales experience is required, preferably within prestige beauty, fragrance or luxury cosmetics; demonstrable success in advisory sales and client relationship development is strongly preferred.
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent) is expected; vocational qualifications in beauty or cosmetics are advantageous but not mandatory.
